We maken beter kennis met het Partnership for Cybersecurity and Innovation (PCSI).

Reinder was coordinator of two large EU funded cyber security projects (www.segrid.eu and www.soccrates.eu) and was a member of the Enisa (European Union Agency for Cyber security) ad-hoc working group on SOC/CSIRT in which he led the Taskforce on CTI taxonomy (2022-2024). Reinder also led a project (sponsored by the Dutch NCSC) on defining a vision of the Security Operations Center (SOC) in 2030 (2023-2024) and conducts an annual security benchmark in the European Telecom Industry. His interests include security automation, SOC, devsecops, Risk management and tech transfer of security innovations. Currently he is partner lead in the EU project eFORT (https://efort-project.eu/).

Reinder also is initiator and program manager of the Partnership for Cyber Security Innovation (www.pcsi.nl), in which TNO collaborates on cyber security innovation with ABN AMRO, ING, Achmea, Belastingdienst and ASML. Reinder publishes frequently on the results of his work and has published several articles in the PvIB magazine (he has won article of the year award of the PvIB magazine in 2021). Reinder will give us an overview of the PCSI program in general and will present the blueprint of the “SOC of the future”, what will a SOC look like in 2030.

Leonardo Morelli

Leonardo is a scientist in the Cyber Security Technologies department TNO. He joined TNO one year and half ago, with a background in mathematics and software development, and most of his projects focus on LLMS or AI in general.

He will present results of the Generative AI project within PCSI Abstract: Deepfake audio is getting more realistic every day. Automation allows for a higher volume of frauds and misinformation attempts. Organizations should monitor this trend and become resilient against this upcoming threat. Within the PCSI project “Generative AI”, we investigated detection of artificial voice and developed the Articifial Voice Detector (AVoiD) tool.
